HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
TO PRINT ALL TICKETS: From your E-Mail or On-Line confirmation, below the order # click the View/Print ALL tickets link, and all your tickets will open up in separate PDF files. Click download PDF to save.
TO PRINT ONE TICKET: From your E-Mail or On-Line confirmation, below the order # next to “Ticket” you will see View this ticket link. Click it and your ticket will open up in a PDF file, select download PDF to save.
SAVE YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION: All your ticket information is on there.
MY ACCOUNT: Your may reprint your tickets from here.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT IT OUT?
No, click “save PDF” on the Ticket page and save it to your mobile device as an E-TICKET. But you must have A BAR CODE TICKET FOR ADMITTANCE.
WAIT LIST and SOLD OUT EVENTS
If an event is sold-out please contact email@example.com or (818) 970-0053.
If you have been placed on a wait list please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time of the performance and check in with will call. Latecomers will be placed last on the list
LATECOMERS and NO-SHOWS
Latecomers are not guaranteed their seats. If you arrive late we will try to accommodate you.
DO I HAVE TO GO TO WILL CALL?
No. If you already have your ticket(s) when the house opens, let our ushers help you to your seats.
WHAT IS THE SHOPPING CART ICON?
Let’s you see what you have reserved while you buying. Not happy with your seat? TO CANCEL: In the cart select the performance date and it is DELETED; make sure you remember to click UPDATE CART.
WHAT IF I (OR SOMEONE IN MY PARTY) IS GOING TO BE LATE?
You must notify the BOX OFFICE in ADVANCE (firstname.lastname@example.org or (818) 970-0053).
I ORDERED TICKETS FOR FAMILY/FRIENDS. HOW CAN I GET THEM THEIR SEATS?
NOW you can e-mail individual tickets as PDF’s to family or friends! They won’t have to wait for you in the lobby to know where they are sitting.
I FORGOT WHAT SEATS I BOUGHT?
No problem, in the menu bar click MY ACCOUNT and all your purchases will be there.
I CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS!
MY ACCOUNT has a record of all transactions, and you will be able to download your tickets from there.

ARE TICKETS EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE?
NO REFUNDS on TICKET PURCHASES.

WHEN DO YOU STOP SELLING TICKETS FOR EACH PERFORMANCE?
Twenty-Four hours (24 hours) before each performance. Tickets may be purchased at the door, assuming the performance is not sold out.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
If available, tickets sold at the door are $15 CASH ONLY.
